Usually when i feel like I’m going to binge i do a few things to stop myself
1. I think about all the cute clothes i can wear when i do drop the weight
2. I spin around a few times to make myself feel a little nauseous so i don’t feel hungry
3. I make myself a cup of coffee or tea
4. I keep a bottle of water on me at all times
5. If i feel like I’m going to binge i eat a small apple or half of a regular one
6. I’d tell myself I’d eat later
7. Convince myself that theres nothing I want to eat in the kitchen anyway
8. That hey when I’m skinny I’ll have a boyfriend or girlfriend that’ll love me.
9. Being able to wear knee socks and they’ll actually look good.
10. If i do feel like I’m going to binge I remind myself about how fat i am and it i do binge I’m just going to gain more weight and have to start again.
